1. Why are your prices so low?
We have very little overhead expenses, passing the savings to our customers.
  2. Are there any hidden fees?
One monthly fee is all you need to keep your website going. You can cancel at any time by contacting us. Once your website is deactivated after the 5 day grace period, there is a $50.00 service charge plus any past due amount.
  3. What if I have a registered domain?
We lease our servers from godaddy.com. We can simply point your domain to our servers.
  4. How long does it take to build a website?
It can vary, but assuming you have all the files and literature ready to go, it will usually take between two to three weeks.
  5. How much does is cost to build mobile apps?
Mobile apps can vary from business to business. Please contact us for a free quote.
  6. What is a dedicated server and do I need it?
Think of a server as a hard drive. A shared server has a limited amount of space for the customer. A dedicated server virtually has unlimited amount of space. Websites that depend on speed, traffic (3000+ users at any given time), and volume of information (ex. video storage, 1000+ photos) will need a dedicated server. Also, certain features such as web video streaming and some credit card processors require a dedicated server.
  7. Do I have to pay the monthly fee forever? No. Can I buy the website at a fixed price? Yes.
If you choose our monthly plan, instead of paying for the website upfront at full costs, you can choose to buy out your website later. Your account must be in good standing for at least one year. Once the first year has passed you can choose to buy out your website. The total cost is 4 years of your monthly plan. For example, if your monthly fee is $100, your costs to buy out your website will be $100 x 48 months = $4,800. Your monthly fee is not pro-rated towards the one time buy out. Any discounts or promotional plans does not count towards the one time buy out. Template Websites are not eligible for our buy out program.
